Your support helps us provide instruments, instruction, performance opportunities, camps, and life-changing experiences for our musicians. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps further our mission of transforming disabilities into abilities through love and music. 

Become a Community Partner of Hearts for Music

and help us continue creating a place of belonging for all. 

Level One: $1,500 and above 

• Your organization will be listed as a supporter on the HFM website for one year. 

• Your organization will receive three featured mentions throughout the year on HFM’s social media channels. 

• Your organization will be recognized in the HFM newsletter. 

• You may provide an article for the HFM newsletter highlighting your organization’s commitment to inclusion and your support of Hearts for Music. 

Level Two: $1,000 - $1,499 

• Your organization will be listed as a supporter on the HFM website for one year. 

• Your organization will receive two featured mentions throughout the year on HFM’s social media channels. 

• Your organization will be recognized in the HFM newsletter. 

Level Three: $100 - $999 

• Your organization will be listed as a supporter on the HFM website for one year. 

• Your organization will be featured once throughout the year on HFM’s social media channels. 

Level Four: Individual Supporters Amount: Donor’s choice 

• Individuals who donate $100 or above will receive one year of name recognition on the website as an Individual Supporter. ​​
